Yesterday at approximately (7:37 A.M. CST) our SSL certificate for one of our dedicated instances (bdc.tymeapp.com) expired causing inaccessibility for some agents on the account. Since the propagation of the expiration was delayed, not all agents were impacted by this issue, however for the ones that were, all services were inaccessible, including the Zendesk app, web app, and mobile app. To prevent this issue moving forward we are implementing a stricter SSL management process that includes multiple checkpoints.
